Counter-terrorism measures
Executive Order 13224 is broad enough to require Covalent Global Capital to establish explicit counter-terrorism measures. We check that the members of participating charities and donors are not identified terrorists through up-to-date international terrorist lists. These lists include: the Dept. of Justice, the Dept. of Treasury, the UN Security Council Resolutions 1267 and 1390, EU Regulation 2580, and other official lists available.
Furthermore Covalent Global Capital explicitly bars regranting of funds and states that no participating person will engage in terrorism or in anyway associate with a terrorist.
Covalent Global Capital adheres to the Treasury's guidelines for voluntary best practices.
Anticorruption Measures
Anticorruption measures are integrated into all aspects of our operations. The most important measure is that all parties are motivated by self-interests and operate in an open network. Furthermore, the sustainable nature of Covalent Global Capital greatly reduces short-term corruption incentives. The process of granting through Expenditure Responsibility in a manner that involves many parties helps assure accountability of our network.
Charity staff are less likely engage in corruption of any kind because they have to keep track of funds and work and, importantly, are able to receive compensation for their charitable efforts. Charities within our network hold operations that are open to the beneficiaries, the community, Covalent Global Capital and it partners.
Due diligence field agents are less likely to engage in corruption of any kind because
1) they don't control funds,
2) they are compensated for their work,
3) all parties are informed of their duties, and importantly
4) their organization's reputation (not just their own reputation) is at
stake.
The donors and donor advised funds are less likely to
engage in corruption of any kind because of U.S. law and strict
regulation requirements.
Our work fosters charitable giving to Africa that is truly inspired and responsible. We produce recognizable and lasting effects that create fair opportunities and improve communities in both Africa and America.

The pilot of PamojaConnect gained one of the largest followings on Twitter, out of Africa. However, this system was not able to bring direct value to the people in Africa or Covalent Global and therefore has been shut down. We will use the SMS-web technology in other aspects of our work.
