The purpose of PamojaConnect is
to reduce the cultural gap between America and Africa by providing an
accessible and open channel of communication. This is done through a
simple message service (SMS) on the web and on a mobile phone.

PamojaConnect is accessible by low-end mobile phones. Once registered, You can
send questions and comments to the same number under three categories:

Something you've been wondering about.
- General: make a general statement, inform people about your
organization's work, where you live, what you're doing, what's important to you
- Ushould: tell Covalent Global what you think we should be
doing

forwards the most important comments on to our mobile users. Now you

features are what keeps PamojaConnect accessible even in the truly
poorest communities. While open to everyone, Covalent Global targets
community-based organizations in the urban slums, rural villages, and
remote towns of Kenya. It is grassroots community organizing that
brings PamojaConnect to the source of African-led social improvement.
